{"id":41,"date":"2021-08-20T00:23:32","date_gmt":"2021-08-20T00:23:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lebanesedailynews.net\/wordpress\/?p=41"},"modified":"2022-09-10T17:04:13","modified_gmt":"2022-09-10T17:04:13","slug":"abo-shakra-ships-cannot-unload-fuel-as-a-result-of-the-dispute-over-opening-credits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lebanesedailynews.net\/?p=41","title":{"rendered":"Abo Shakra: Ships cannot unload fuel as a result of the dispute over opening credits"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lebanesedailynews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Fadi-Abo-Shakra-1024x576.jpg?resize=1024%2C576\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">The representative of fuel distributors in Lebanon, Fadi Abu Chakra, attributed the cause of the fuel crisis, and Coral\u2019s intention, among several other companies, to close its stations in all Lebanon as of today, to \u201cthe inability of the ships that have been waiting since Almost a month at sea, and it cannot empty the quantities of imported fuel, as a result of the dispute over the issue of opening credits between the \u201cBanque du Liban,\u201d which seeks to implement the decision to lift subsidies on fuel, and therefore the new price, and the government through the Ministry of Energy and Water Which is still rejecting, and wants to keep things according to the current situation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><!--more-->He pointed out, in a statement to the Kuwaiti newspaper, &#8220;Al-Anbaa&#8221;, that &#8220;there are 3 ships currently belonging to the companies &#8220;Coral&#8221;, &#8220;Total&#8221; and &#8220;Legui Gas&#8221;, and these companies have emptied all their stocks from their stations and are heading to close for two main reasons as well.
